Each applicant attending a high school or college/university outside of the United States MUST present a course-by-course transcript and official translations of their credentials completed by a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluations Services (NACES – http://naces.org/) or endorsed by a member of the Association of International Credential Evaluations, Inc., (AICE – http://www.aice-eval.org/ ).

Step 3: Send us your test scores
All international students must demonstrate English proficiency in one of the following ways:
- SAT Scores on the English Language Usage + Writing test = 450 or higher OR
- ACT Scores on the English component of 18 or higher OR
- TOEFL: BT – Test Score of 56 or higher OR
- TOEFL:iBT – Test Score of 83 or higher OR
- IELTS: Test Score of 5.5 or higher

Step 4: Verify your Finances
International applicants must certify that they have adequate and available funds to maintain and support their stay in the United States for the purpose of earning a Bachelor of Arts degree at John Wesley University. Applicants must certify that they have at least $25,000 available for each year of undergraduate study, which is an estimated amount for covering tuition, fees, books, supplies, housing, insurance and incidentals for a single person. Transportation and off-campus living may require additional funds.
